Recurring payment terms

1. Purpose

These terms govern the creation, duration, change and termination of the recurring payment for Transloria Premium. The general relationship to the service is in Terms and conditions. Customer information is on Recurring payments.

2. Creation

The recurring payment is created when the customer ticks consent to creating it and to storing payment data at Stripe and successfully completes the initial payment. We keep the consent for at least 12 months after recurrence ends.

3. Charge parameters

• Monthly Premium: 7 € (fixed), 7 €, every 30 days (fixed), until cancelled by the customer.
• Six-month Premium: 30 € (fixed), 30 €, every 6 months (fixed), until cancelled by the customer.
• Yearly Premium: 50 € (fixed), 50 €, every 12 months (fixed), until cancelled by the customer.

Recurring payments are not used for instalment sales. The amount does not change without prior notice to the customer.

4. Card and security

Only Stripe stores payment data, under PCI DSS Level 1. The seller cannot see the card. Card expiry may end the recurring payment until the customer authorises a new card.

5. Change, cancellation and termination

The customer may cancel the recurring payment at any time by email to [email protected], in the Genesys account, or in the Stripe payment detail. Cancellation stops the next charge. We may retry a failed charge; after repeated failure we suspend Premium. Refunds of amounts already charged follow the terms and the law.

6. Information

We confirm creation within 2 working days. At least 7 working days in advance we inform you of the first charge after a free period, of a charge more than 6 months after the last payment, and of a change of parameters.
